  In each session (A - B - C ) , five parallel workshop will be held on the following topics :
     1.  Empowerment : regain of dignity – right – place in society
     2.  Deinstitutionalisation  : alternatives to ”total” institutions at social and health level
     3.  Participation, evaluation, control: involvement of users & family associations
      4.  Chronicity and outreach : at the street, in the institutions, at home
     5.  Denied identity – illegal migrants : dignity and health without boarders
