RIGHT/Access
to rights
|
KEY WORDS :
Right
indivisible & fundamental ; undocumented migrants:
destitution, refused rights, barriers & facilities; gap between
declaration & implementation, legal & juridical recours. |

Vulnerability of
fundamental RIGHT (indivisible) : ephemeral
legislations, (ex. irregular migration considered by any
national low as crime !...) and norms often contradictory with
fundamental
ethical, deontological, humanists
rights & principles, (ex. detention camps, invitation to
denounce - as spy - undocumented migrants, indiscriminate rejection,
pushing back, not assistance to people in danger...), are deep
'vulnus' wounds in civic society.
WHEN Right is
unrecognized and denied...
THEN
Health: social, physical
and mental is wounded...
Against indifference and
resignation, which individual, collective, institutional position it is
still possible to take ?...
Which kind of educations & training for new culture, and which proposals
to formulate and to recommends ?...

The participation
ensures the quality of work, is the best antidote to any form of
exploitation and contributes to a redistribution of resources
against the benefit of the submerged economy
The seasonal:
evaluation of a phenomenon in Europe,
what kind of complaisance’s, the law ignored and violated, the
violence suffered..., what kind of consequences in the health ?
Which is responsible for that? Courageous initiatives and
innovative projects at the levels of workers and enterprises,
concerning legislations and information
Work and training:
Reinventing work, the new labour
culture passing through various forms of training
and of participation.
