"D&H-5P" Aim: promoting the RIGHT & DIGNITY, using Europe objectives to increase accessibility and quality of Social and Health Services for the homeless and excluded people in 5 different accessing countries in E.U.

Objective of "D&H-2P": To increase the knowledge of the participants about “EU law and application - common objectives – appropriate practices”, with reference to the NAPs Inc. and to JIM.
To analyse on the 2nd Seminar on Bucharest  the efficient practices and the legislation (concretely and daily applied !..) about health & social system in order to propose innovative and adequate instruments for the promotion of equal access to : RIGHTS - HEALTH - SOCIAL SERVICES and  ADEQUATE RESOURCES, for excluded people.
Questions:  1. Does the NAPS & JIM increase the accessibility and quality of Health & Mental Health Services for disadvantaged people by preventing, assisting and accompanying this vulnerable, marginalised, and excluded people or not ?
2. Does these ensure a sustainable inclusion and active participation in citizenship ?

Mini-seminar & workshops for max. 30 participants :  the 5  Partners, the delegates of Organisations visited (10-15) and other  invited people, working in this field.
