We can say that
homeless – mentally ill, marginalised etc people are a problem
for social and health service - the target group do not have
an access to good service or service at all. Poor and sick
people in cities or far in rural areas do not have real
possibilities to improve the quality of their own lives.

Yes, we need
experience for our organization and sometimes it is not so
expensive to change the methods, attitudes etc. And the best
is to see the same field workers from other countries, even to
see from the same countries, and discuss about problems.

the EU membership
is problem and challenge for our countries. We, who are active
in social field see it like possibility to influence our
authorities to change situations for marginalised by EU. We
know that not all is perfect in ''old'' Europe, but anyway we
should try. |

Structural changes
of economy was the reason for lot of people become poor,
unemployed, marginalised by different criteria - age, health,
gender, nation - that was not so common for socialism and that
time ideology - all lived poor, under control, but more or
less satisfied, without freedom and rights. Market is working
well, but system of protection is not yet. How to develop the
social security system - we should try all the possibilities |
